How to Make: Chicken Salad
- 1 lb. boiled chicken
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup grapes (halved)
- 1/2 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped roasted pecans
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- Combine chicken, celery, grapes, dried cherries, pecans, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir together, chill, and serve.
